Made-to-order jewellery is usually completed within 5-6 weeks. Ready-to-ship jewellery is normally dispatched within one week. VAT included where applicable.

Made-to-order and bespoke orders usually take approximately 5-6 weeks. The estimate starts after cleared payment, order confirmation and any required CAD or design approval.

Production, supplier, quality-control or courier delays can affect the timeframe. We will notify customers of material delays.

Ready-to-ship jewellery is normally dispatched within one week after cleared payment and order confirmation.

Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If you need jewellery by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Standard delivery to supported online checkout countries is complimentary. Checkout remains in GBP.

For destinations outside the supported online checkout list, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm whether we can accept and deliver your order.

Orders sent outside the United Kingdom are sent duties unpaid unless Grandeur Diamonds explicitly confirms otherwise in writing. The recipient is responsible for import VAT, customs duties, brokerage, clearance charges and other local fees imposed in the destination country, which may be payable separately. Prices are set in GBP. At Stripe Checkout, Adaptive Pricing automatically converts the price into your local currency when available. The converted total and exchange rate are shown before you pay.

Grandeur Diamonds does not control charges imposed by local authorities or customs-related delays. For destinations outside the supported online checkout list, please contact us before ordering.

Returns

Eligible ready-to-ship jewellery may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our returns policy. Ready to Ship is not currently live, so this wording is retained only for future items explicitly classified as eligible ready-to-ship jewellery.

  • Contact Grandeur Diamonds within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unworn and undamaged, except for reasonable inspection.
  • Return the item with original packaging, certificates, grading reports, accessories and supplied documentation.
  • No engraving, resizing, alteration or personalisation must have been completed.
  • Follow the approved return instructions before sending anything back.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return cost and is responsible for secure, tracked delivery insured for the item's full value.

Grandeur Diamonds is not responsible for a customer-arranged return until it is received. Approved refunds go to the original payment method.

Lawful deductions may be made if unnecessary handling has reduced the item's value. Enhanced or express delivery costs do not need to be refunded beyond any legally required standard-delivery amount.

The 30-day change-of-mind return policy does not apply to:

  • Bespoke jewellery.
  • Clearly personalised jewellery.
  • Engraved jewellery.
  • Jewellery resized or altered at the customer's request.
  • Jewellery manufactured to an individually agreed customer specification.
  • Custom designs or non-standard configurations.
  • Items that cannot be resold for hygiene, condition, certification or personalisation reasons where a lawful exclusion applies.

Standard made-to-order jewellery is assessed by its actual configuration and is not automatically described as non-returnable unless the legal exemption applies.

If your jewellery is faulty, damaged on arrival, not as described or different from the agreed order, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs, proof of purchase and return of the jewellery for inspection.

Where an item is confirmed as faulty, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to the contract, Grandeur Diamonds will provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable consumer law. This may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.

Grandeur Diamonds will provide or reimburse reasonable return costs where a qualifying fault or supply error is confirmed.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible ready-to-ship item is returned under our returns policy, you may receive a refund and place a new order. Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods will be handled in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your first resize is complimentary on eligible rings, subject to inspection and technical feasibility.

Every resize is subject to inspection and technical feasibility. Not every ring can be resized. The customer is responsible for tracked and fully insured delivery to Grandeur Diamonds. Following completion of an eligible complimentary first resize, Grandeur Diamonds will cover insured delivery back to the customer.

Potentially unsuitable designs include full-eternity rings, tension-set rings, rings with stones around most or all of the band, intricate pave or patterned bands, and designs where resizing could compromise engraving, proportions, setting security or structural integrity.

Resizing performed by Grandeur Diamonds does not affect the lifetime manufacturing warranty. Further resizing, remaking, repairs, replating or adjustments may be chargeable.

Grandeur Diamonds offers complimentary cleaning for eligible jewellery. The customer is responsible for secure, tracked and fully insured delivery to us. Cleaning is subject to inspection and does not include repairs, restoration, polishing, rhodium plating or other chargeable work unless confirmed separately. Return-delivery arrangements and any applicable charges will be confirmed before the item is accepted for cleaning.

Return-delivery arrangements and any applicable charges will be confirmed before the item is accepted for cleaning.

A manufacturing defect is a fault in the jewellery's materials, construction or original workmanship that occurred because the item was not manufactured or assembled to the required standard.

Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we normally repair the jewellery without charge. If repair is not reasonable or possible, we will provide an appropriate replacement or other remedy required by law. We will cover or reimburse reasonable insured return costs for confirmed warranty defects.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, gradual metal or claw wear, tarnishing, patina, rhodium-plating wear, accidental damage, impact, misuse, loss, theft, unexplained disappearance, gemstone or diamond chipping or loss caused by impact, damage or wear, chemical damage, changes in finger size or fit, cosmetic work where no defect exists, certificate-documented characteristics or inclusions, and damage caused or contributed to by unauthorised third-party work.

Third-party work does not remove unrelated statutory rights, but the warranty does not cover damage or faults caused or contributed to by that work.

We recommend annual inspection for frequently worn rings.

This lifetime warranty is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Made to your agreed specification by our manufacturing partners in Hatton Garden, London.

This does not mean that every component, diamond, gemstone or raw material originates in the UK, and it does not claim ownership of a Hatton Garden workshop.

We will contact you when your jewellery is complete and ready for collection or delivery. Customers should arrange collection, settle any outstanding balance and provide any required delivery information within 90 days.

If an item remains unclaimed, we may issue further written notice and charge reasonable storage or administration costs where permitted by the order terms and applicable law. Any treatment of the deposit, outstanding balance or unclaimed jewellery will be handled in accordance with the contract and applicable law.
