Diamond certification details are shown with the individual diamond specification where available. The selected stone or agreed specification controls the grading laboratory and report details.

Absolutely. Every design in our collection can be customised, including diamond size, shape, metal type, setting style, and ring size. Simply contact our consultants to discuss your preferences.

A bespoke design is a one-of-a-kind piece created specifically for you. From diamond selection to final finishing, our consultants guide you through every step to create a piece that reflects your vision.

Bespoke and made-to-order jewellery usually takes approximately 5-6 weeks, depending on design complexity. Estimates start after cleared payment, order confirmation and any required CAD or design approval, and are not guaranteed dates.

Heirloom remodelling is not currently advertised as a standard online service. Please contact us if you have a special request so the team can confirm whether it is suitable before any work is agreed.

Yes. We offer in-person private appointments and virtual consultations. Online checkout is available in GBP for delivery to the United Kingdom, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Norway, Germany, the United States and Finland.

Ready-to-ship jewellery is normally dispatched within one week. Made-to-order and bespoke jewellery is usually completed within 5-6 weeks. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Yes. Delivery to supported online checkout countries is complimentary, tracked and insured. A signature may be required.

Online checkout is available in GBP for delivery to the United Kingdom, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Norway, Germany, the United States and Finland. Orders sent outside the United Kingdom and Isle of Man are sent duties unpaid unless Grandeur Diamonds explicitly confirms otherwise in writing. The recipient is responsible for import VAT, customs duties, brokerage, clearance charges and other local fees, which may be payable separately. Prices are set in GBP. At Stripe Checkout, Adaptive Pricing automatically converts the price into your local currency when available. The converted total and exchange rate are shown before you pay.

Eligible ready-to-ship jewellery may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Bespoke, personalised, engraved, resized, altered or individually specified jewellery is excluded from change-of-mind returns. We do not offer direct exchanges, and faulty or incorrectly supplied goods are handled separately under your statutory rights.

We provide a detailed ring sizing guide and can assist during consultations. If you are unsure, we recommend ordering slightly larger, as resizing down is usually easier.

Your first resize is complimentary on eligible rings, subject to inspection and technical feasibility. The customer is responsible for tracked and fully insured delivery to Grandeur Diamonds. Following completion of an eligible complimentary first resize, Grandeur Diamonds will cover insured delivery back to the customer.

We accept major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure Stripe payments.

Yes. All payments are processed via Stripe, using industry-leading encryption and security standards.

No. Grandeur Diamonds does not currently offer customer financing, monthly instalments, buy-now-pay-later services or credit applications. Quote deposits and balance payments are payment terms for agreed orders, not consumer finance.

Yes. Grandeur Diamonds provides a lifetime manufacturing warranty for the original purchaser. It covers confirmed manufacturing defects and excludes normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, loss, theft, third-party damage and other non-defect issues. It does not limit your statutory rights.

Grandeur Diamonds offers complimentary cleaning for eligible jewellery. The customer is responsible for secure, tracked and fully insured delivery to us. Cleaning is subject to inspection and does not include repairs, restoration, polishing, rhodium plating or other chargeable work unless confirmed separately. Return-delivery arrangements and any applicable charges will be confirmed before the item is accepted for cleaning.

We offer a Manchester Showroom and London Showroom by appointment only. Our jewellery is manufactured in Hatton Garden, London.

No. Our Manchester Showroom and London Showroom are private, appointment-only spaces. We are unable to accommodate walk-ins.
